Donna at Bella Nuova is absolutely amazing! I had zero issues finding parking or this adorable building little building on Newport. Everything about my experience was top notch- the facial I got was very relaxing and my skin was so much brighter. It even helped take away some sinus pain I was having. All the products she uses are so thought out and carefully curated to benefit your skin in this dry climate. Cannot wait to come back to Bella Nuova!!

One of the nice things you encounter here is the peaceful atmosphere and kindness from everyone. The minute you walk in, you are made to feel like family. Buying a gift was easy and enjoyable due to the friendly nature and inviting demeanor. The prices are perfect and they are extremely knowledgeable. I got a great deal of advice and samples to take home. My gift card is going to be a hit at the birthday party we are attending. It was wrapped beautifully and ready to give. Hard to believe Bella Nuova was hiding in plain sight, but so happy to have found it. Yes, support this spa don't get distracted by other shinny things in this town. I was kind of kidnapped and found myself outside getting a great treatment in this awesome location. I have had many treatments over the years but none more relaxing.
Location: Located on Newport Avenue across from Newport Market, good parking on street or just be creative parking somewhere, in a respectful Bend kind of way.
Buildout: Nice older, okay old Bend home converted into a relaxing spa environment. Nothing over the top but very eclectic, clean, and fun.
Service area: While the rooms inside looked great, I was outside and I think for me the right zen place. I would highly recommend my service as it was less of the hardcore painful extractions or acid washes and was more geared toward treating the skin from the dryness, and a great upper body massage.
Menu: Most of the normal spa items but I was just in for a relaxing outdoor facial. They have a great menu of services on their website.
Esthetician / Owner Donna was great and was face whisperer for sure.
Value: Yes, it is not cheap but well worth it and we shall return but maybe outdoor treatments in February may be out.
If you think I am some dude and what the hell do I know about spas, well I have been to hundreds of spas around the world, some focused on athletics while others just royal spoils. You can find fancier buildings with all the upsell BS, but you won't find a better experience no matter what type of treatment you're looking for.

Absolutely an amazing experience. My daughters boyfriend treated my daughters and myself to facials. I have had many in the past and this was best I have ever had. First of all, it was an hour. The spa is relaxing and cozy, and the owner is SO knowledgeable about all of the products she uses, plus more that I had questions about. I highly recommend you give it a try. I will be back soon!

I've had numerous facials over the years but this facial was by far the BEST facial I've ever had. I was SO relaxed afterward and my face felt fabulous! This place is a hidden gem! The microcurrent treatments are by far the best! And the owner (Practitioner) has the new Renewal treatment, which has improved my skin immensely! I love it because there is no downtime, and it lifts and tones my skin instantaneously!! Even better than the several micro-needling treatments that can be painful! This is especially great for me since I travel back and forth from Portland to Bend. I strategically schedule my trips so that I can get my facials and treatments in. We recently had a death in the family, my Great Grandma. My Grandma lost her Mama. I really wanted to treat her to a relaxing time with a facial, which she’s never had!
